Room 27 — The Key to a Lost Hotel
Room 27 — The Key to a Lost Hotel
Some collections begin with a color. Room 27 began with a number.
We imagined it stamped onto an old brass key tag from a Mediterranean hotel that could no longer be found on any map.
From there came a blue door, citrus trees outside the window, the curve of a pool ladder and fragments of a summer that may or may not have happened.
Room 27 became our first experiment in Lost Resort Culture — the idea that a print can feel like evidence from a place rather than decoration added to a garment.
The key tag became the central motif. Around it, we built a small visual language of hotel life: room numbers, architectural details, poolside symbols and Mediterranean botanicals.
Nothing is intended as a reproduction of one real hotel.
Instead, Room 27 is a memory assembled from many places — and partly from imagination.
A room you have never stayed in.
A hotel you cannot book.
And somehow, a summer that still feels familiar.
